Abstract
The reactivity of the 32ZnO-13H2O-55P2O5 ultraphosphate glass can be described by the following sequence : water adsorption, hydrolysis reaction with formation of ZnH2P2O7, crystallization of ZnH2P2O7, thermal condensation of ZnH2P2O7 into zinc metaphosphate, crystallisation of zinc tetrametaphosphate Zn2P4O12, water desorption.
