Recently river side parks appreared in the urban city. Though the socio-economic impact on this parks is darkness, We cannot ensure river side parks's efficiency. In the residence this impact was estimated. But We have little studies to analyze this effect on the commercial space. Thus the purpuse of this study is to analyze commercial activity and its impact on river side parks. As the result of this study I got three findings: (1) to ensure the impact on commercial space by river side parks (2) to classify the commercial attraction on river side parks.(3) to ensure impact on barber, restaurant, dress, sundries shops
