快適な湖岸道路沿線の整備プラン

抄録

Shinasahi Town, which stretches out in the Adogawa-river delta, is located tothe northwest of Lake Biwa. It is a rural distrct with rich green.
In 1983 (Showa 58) 7-km coastal road was completed with the project named Biwako General Development Plan.
There have been some changes in the coastal areas and rural scenery after that.
We feel the need to preserve Lake Biwa and its lake side areas and to keep rice fields and rural scenery as they are now.
This plan is an attempt to understand how to use the coastal areas properly.
