Abstract
This paper describes the detection error mechanism of the dosimeter for the high frequency electromagnetism noise generated with PHS. PHS used in Japan is specified as the frequency of 1.9GHz, the output energy of less 10dbm. Since the dosimeter is given the PHS noise energy of –5.6dbm, the dosimeters have occurred the detection error.
