Abstract
In the liquid crystal panel manufacturing process, the removal technique of the foreign materials which adheres to the glass panel surface for the quality controll is required. As a method of being balancing in the fundamentality removal ability and the flexibility to the glass panel which enlargement accelerates these days, the roll wheel system which is proven method in the printed circuit board polishing was adopted. Tool structure was examined in detail and optimized also including removal conditions. Consequently, it checked that only a foreign materials was removable, without generating a scratch on a glass panel.
