Prediction of 3 Dimensional Structure in The FIB Process (2nd Report)

Abstract

This paper discusses the machining simulation of 3–dimensional structures in the FIB processes. The effect of the beam angle on the machining rate is shown in the machining experiments. The simulation are performed to predict the machinined structures base on the characteristics.
