Development of the Coloring Molding Technique by Rapid Prototyping and Color Material Management

Abstract

In the field of the trial manufacture and development, rapid prototyping is being used more frequently from merits such as fast, high precision, low cost. But the final finish still depends on vacuum molding, and coloring. This study reports development of the coloring molding technique by rapid prototyping, which can make coloring models directly such as skeleton color, or enamel color models. And also reports technique of color material management, which manages specified color of models.
