A Metabolic System for Water-soluble Coolant

Abstract

A metabolic system for water-soluble coolant has been developing. A biological activated carbon filtration method can treat large quantity of spent water-soluble coolant and recover water with a low cost. The recovered water had the potential as a diluent for water-soluble coolant. The water-soluble coolant diluted with recovered water showed the same machinability as that of usual coolant.
