In our group, the tiny robot with the pico-litter dispensing resolution which can be applied in the field of μTAS is developed. This dispensing mechanism is composed with a thin glass capillary and the single thin needle which driven through it. Then the liquid in the tube can be pushed out and the small amount of the liquid can be squeezed on the surface. This simple manner can allow dispensing with the resolution of a pico litter oder possible. This report describes the micro emulsion generation mechanism made by applying pico-litter dispenser. And the control of the diameter of the emulsion was experimentally examined by using this mechanism. Finally, we summarize the experiment method and the result.
