Abstract
Recently, the MEMS technology is applied as a precision machine and a device in the medical equipment by the development of the microfabrication technology. In former report, we made a micro magnetic flexible material, and proposed a test operation of artificial insemination as an ameba type micromachine. This time, we tried to apply as the multi degree of freedom manipulator and two–dimension micro mirror by using this micro magnetic flexible material as a micoactuator. In this report, we describe the basic examination of these applications.
