Research & Development on Micro-mechanisms Today

Abstract

The situation of R&D works on Micro-Mechanisms(MM) are observed mainly through materials presented at JSPE Symposium. The works are classified into functions of MM and distribution of the numbers of works in every domains are ordered. Then, following three items are offered as the subjects to be added to every works. These are to investigate the size effect on every objects, to exchange the technical knowledge to the other field and to show the usefulness of their results of the works to the industrial circles.
