Abstract
We study micro fluidic device using polyimide resin film and laser process machine. In this report, we created a device that sucks bloods by a needle and injects them into channels for observing deformability in artificial capillary-vessels. The substrate was made by laminated resin films on the soda glass. And channels as vessels and periphery channels were fabricated by laser process machine. After that, we inserted aφ0.5mm×25mm needle into the point of periphery channel. The device size including the needle is 90mm width,26mm length and 2mm height.
