Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a coating robot for implementing high quality coating. This system carries out coating using electrically powered sliders consisting of X and Y axes, attached with an airbrush. In this study, we constructed a trial coating robot and created the control program for operating the sliders. By using this program, we configured the coating conditions, coated an object with a variety of surface textures with paint, and evaluated the coating results.
