Abstract
Mirror surface is obtained by ultrasonic assisted machining for injection molding. In this study, ultrasonic assisted grinding using single grain diamond tool was carred out to resolve the mechanism of ultrasonic assisted grinding.At grinding, length of cutting edge were controlled by truncation and investigated effects of grain conditions for grinding surface. It was evaluated for grinding surface that influence of location and shape of grain of single grain diamond tool using dies for injection molding parts.
