Abstract
his paper presents an algorithm to detect whether the target is at the status of moving or stop. This is used for low-cost and power-saving positioning systems. The algorism finds the threshold of moving or stop status based on the probabilistically highest accuracy judgment. Then a circuit board has been developed to realize this algorithm in real-time. In this design, a low-cost, low power consuming micro-controller has been evaluated.
