Abstract
Oxygen density increase in culture medium promote growth of aquatic organisms and cells. However, the technology to increase the density in a limited small area is not yet developed. Therefore, we focused on the femtosecond (fs) laser induced cavitation bubble in the culture medium. In the previous report, we performed the possibility of the liquid oxygen density increase by the fs laser induced cavitation bubble. This time, we investigated the promotion mechanism of cell culture by the fs laser induced cavitation bubble in detail.
