Abstract

We have proposed a real-time coaxial three-dimensional measurement under a microscope using polarized cameras and a polarized pattern. We propose a three-dimensional measurement method using a color-polarized camera and axial chromatic aberration to determine the peak point of the contrast distribution. In this paper, we report a snapshot measurement method using the polarization pattern and the measurement results.
