Personality determines the behaviour of a person to a large extent and so due attention should be paid while selecting suitable candidates for jobs or training. This study investigates how the personality traits could be measured objectively and also finds out the relation between job performance and several personality traits measured though group task conducted at the time of selection. The result shows that the job performance of individuals with required level of ability would be satisfactory provided they possess certain personality traits like application, leadership etc.
