星座グラフの官能検査への適用事例－官能検査員の妥当性を評価する一指標（第2報）－

抄録

It is important in sensory tests to check the qualifications of the inspectors for judging the quality of products. This paper is concerned with the problems of qualifications of the inspectors in the case of classifying the products into multi-grades by the sensory tests. A constellation graphical method for qualifying the inspectors is applied and illustrated. The method is briefly compared with an information theory approach by use of experimental data.
