In this serial, the customer value provision of Y.K.P Company in this age of change is presented through the interviews with Mr. Kohei ITO who is the factory manager of Y.K.P Company. Y.K.P is established in 1985, and provides plastic injection-molded parts on to automobile parts makers, consumer-electronics makers, office automation equipment makers and so on. First of all, the history and the profile are explained. Then, the business environment surrounding Y.K.P Company in the automobile parts makers that is one of its own core markets is described. And finally, the specialty skills to survive this age of change are presented.
