ANQ Congress Yokohama 2024 was held on September 16-20, 2024 at Keio University, Yagami Campus. This paper provides a report on the preparation process to host ANQ Congress. In particular, activities of Steering Committee are presented, focusing mainly on the management of the congress web pages.
