In recent years, new products and services utilizing AI have been emerging in the market. In such a society, we are researching how to assure the quality of new products and services in the DX (Digital Transformation) era, clarifying the role of the quality assurance department, updating traditional quality assurance systems, implementing them, and aiming to reduce the quality issues that occur daily.
Our research challenges consist of the following three points
1) Efforts to prevent quality issues during development (upgrading existing processes)
2) Implementing cybersecurity measures during development and after-service → Improving software vulnerabilities
3) Developing digital talent... (This talent development will be handled by the DX Promotion Department)
Among these three challenges, 1) and 2) items are under the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Department and will be considered as part of our research.
