The Great East Japan Earthquake and the massive tsunami with it were generated on March 11, 2011. The writers made the 1/500 restoration model which reproduced the town space before the earthquake disaster of Machikata area in Otsuchi town, Iwate prefecture that suffered crushing damage by this disaster. And we held the citizen participation type workshop that utilized this model. I arrange it and, in this report, unify the testimony of 810 people provided through the workshop and try the description of the aspect of life run in ex-town space by people. In addition, I examine possibility of the restoration of the place by the memory in the area that suffered crushing damage by an earthquake disaster.
