Abstract

Now urban planning system which supported in limited resources requires to respond to many problems, such as depopulation, aging, disaster, and environmental issues. Interdivisional cooperation is very important when only one office cannot solve those problems by itself. This study analyzed characteristics and effects of communication among several administrative posts through proceedings of conferences held at the satellite city. Results showed that the offices except the city maintenance office gave very few comments relatively and most of them were limited such as requests and feedbacks but not suggestions. The communication styles are classified by different kind of categories such as "Exchange of Questions and Answers", "Sharing", and "one way communication".
