The new survey manual for city planning basic survey was released in June, 2013. Dept. of Housing and Urban Planning, BRI has conducted the questionnaire to all municipalities that have the city planning area about the implementation status of city planning basic survey, and the impression of the new survey manual by the officer of city planning basic survey, etc. This questionnaire was carried out in July, 2014. The replies were obtained from 88% of municipalities. This paper is to report the simple totalization results of this questionnaire as a quick report.
