Abstract

For prevention of global warming, low-carbon development and urban development that be able to supply stable energy at the time of disaster is required. Therefore, the central government has promoted effectively and efficiently use of dispersed power system that be able to save energy and supply energy in an emergency. Not only the introduction into the individual buildings, but also using as the district energy network in buildings is expected for more efficient use of energy and improvement for disaster prevention. For this reason, it has been promoted to introduce the energy system at the urban development and rebuilding stages.This paper attempts to clarify the way of construction of district energy network at the time of rebuilding of the timeworn city hall that increases in recent years, followed by the cost analysis of the system introduction.
