The world's top leaders and wealthy people, including Bill Gates and President Barack Obama, have established foundations for a variety of social reduction activities. The birth rate is falling across the board in developed countries, and Japan is rapidly facing a rapidly declining birthrate and aging society. In such a social background, in order to maintain the city, it is not enough for the administration alone, and the existence of organizations with "city refresh functions", including NPOs, is essential. On the other hand, "people, goods, and money" for this purpose is not enough, and a new funding method is needed. Here, I would like to introduce the newly established community support fund "Tenryugawa Support Fund".
