through a research on deveropment permission ordinance

Abstract

The development permission system aims to remove the prohibitation of any development.So this system can raise permission standards of development,compared with other standards by building confirmation. And we think that we should make the most of this system for city planning.For example, can use this system for development controls.After revision of the City Planning Act in 2000,many citis have intention of making the development permission ordinance.We had a chance to participate in such researches.This paper is based on knowledge in the researches and above-mentioned point of view.
