Abstract

The research focuses on Denmark, which has comprehensive spatial planning, and quickly shifts to renewable energy. Based on the research on location control for suitable regulation and instruction of facilities related to renewable energy, Denmark plans facilities related to renewable energy in Municipal plan based on Danish planning Act which is basis of land entire spatial plan. Wind turbine arrangements in area include many land zones, district heating system and small wind turbine similarity putting on roof arrange in urban zone. we have established that both solar power plants and wind turbines lead to land zones, which occupy 90% of the entire land. Both have guidelines and location regulations, made while considering nature and landscape. When receiving construction permission, the rules of demolition for wind turbines are also outlined.
