Visitors' Flow Statistical Analysis Method and System Tool using GPS data

Abstract

The article is to develop a method and system tool for statistical analysis of visitor flow by using mobile phone GPS location data. The MySQL database were developed and QGIS tool were implemented. By the combination of the two systems, we developed a tool to provide the geographical visibility of visitors' stay and movement, which is aimed to provide the applicability and mythology of GPS big data technology in architecture and urban planning.
