A case study of Asao Ward in Kawasaki

Abstract

In order to think about the future of the living environment in the suburbs of Tokyo, we grasped the residents' awareness of 　housing maintenance and intention to settle and relocate, and grasp the relationship between the burden of housing maintenance and relocation. In a detached house, it can be said that there is a relationship between the burden of housing maintenance for residents and the intention to relocate.
