Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to report how design could contribute to improving productivity and promoting communication, targeting the Mie Meiwa Incubation Center established in Meiwa-town, Taki District, Mie Prefecture. The bright and comfortable working environment was created utilizing the interior and equipment that exist before opening, There are corrugated creating a moderately open space, the use of corrugated plates and pipes that can accommodate floor expansion, the use of wood that has a stress-reducing and relaxing effect, and the installation of a multipurpose space using artificial turf. Many visitors visited before and after the opening, and after the opening, several companies have been using it.
