Abstract

Workcations, in which workers leave their workplaces and homes to spend both work and leisure time, are attracting increasing attention. This paper examines the effects of workcations on the mental conditions of employees on approximately 50 subjects, using innovation, mental health, productivity and engagement as indicators. The results elucidated that workcations are mainly effective in improving innovation and mental health.
