recently, the regulations of cityscape have been made by many local governments. The law of cityscape was made by congress at this year. We were interested in our cityscape for some years ahead. However, there were not a common concept for our cityscape images in governments, enterprises and citizens without someone. So, the model of projects that is able to develop sustaining beautiful cityscapes, have to be built. Private entertainments are not suited to main stakeholder in these projects. Urban development corporation and housing supply corporations are suited to these projects. Because they are entertainments to be controlled by governments and they will have many housing redevelopment projects as landmark in a city plan. This paper analysis the roles and practices of urban development corporation and housing supply corporations for developing sustainable beautiful cityscape under housing redevelopment projects.
