Abstract

This Study aims at clarifying the tasks to be dealt with for the purpose of facilitating carefully planned town development at the block level to suit the specific development issues and intentions of the residents while investigating the types of people and their lifestyles in the Nogata area of Nakano Ward where is selected as the target area. In the object district,it is a subject in future community design to resolve the following downward spiral,ageing of residents with decreasing number of children,further subdivision of land and deterioration ofbuildings,worsening residential environment and incasing risk of disasters, lowering of vitality and attractiveness of the community.
