地域住民の洪水リスク認知度に関する現状評価と向上策の検討

We built the evaluation model based on the fuzzy reasoning for describing the flood risk perception with the complexity and the fuzziness of the human thought. In this study, we evaluated the present condition and analyzed the improvement measure about 15 items related to the flood risk at the Seika district in Gifu city. The degree of objective risk perception and the gap between the subjective and objective risk perception were estimated in this target area. We extracted some problems and found some improvement measures.
