河川・気象情報の住民による主体的な利用を目指した地域情報としての活用手法の提案

River and weather information has been highly enhanced and enriched by the professionals, but those improvements haven’t enough lead to responsible self-action of users.

This study researched on an approach based on relation between “professional river and weather information” and “inhabitants’ social daily life information” and attempted the promotion of social use of river and weather information.

From the trial through disaster education at Ono City, we check the availability of this approach. In the result, the trial showed the approach can produce cooperative relation between those information with their advantages and support consciousness on disaster risk of users. Moreover, we suggested the practical method of this approach by using operational river and weather information.
