The utility of neural network based on the back propagation is reported. But it is difficult to analyze neural network based on the back propagation. In this paper, we propose a neural network based on the Learning Vector Quantization and discriminate between new and old bills from the acostic feature. A simulation shows the utility of the proposal way.
