Abstract
This paper presents the scheduling protocol for the object-oriented transaction processing in the workflow management system of three tier architecture with message queue. Especially, we propose parallel transaction processing with the aid of the load balancing at another server in the network. We utilize the database replication, the cluster and the grouping-queue for the load balancing. Our approach to the transaction processing of the object-oriented database is characterized by the scheduling of the queue storing divided subtransactions in the three tier architecture. Our protocol of the scheduling for the object-oriented transaction processing is proposed considering these three concepts.
