Abstract
This paper proposes how ALTAIR (Automatic Location Tracking system using Active IR-tag) is able to tracking and identify the user's position in a buildings includeing the office. Using priority roll-call and controlling the emission pattern of the IR-tag, ALTAIR is able to identify user. Our experiments show the effective performance in an office environment.
