Abstract
We have developed a food intake measuring system because it can support the work of dietitians. The proposed system measures the difference of food images between the foods were before and after eaten, and calculates the food calorie of intake. Until now, this system had individually realized the processes including the dish extraction, the food extraction and the measurement amount of food intake. In this paper, the combination of all processes is carried out. Moreover, the experiments of deciding process sequence and evaluation we done. We discuss, the relationshop between the lighting and edge detection of food.
