Recursive Identification of Piecewise Affine Systems Based on Incremental Data Clustering

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the recursive identification of piecewise affine systems.The method to be presented is composed of incremental clustering of the data,recursive least squares estimation of the parameter corresponding to each cluster,and least square support vector machineto approximately estimate boundary hyperplanesbetween two adjacent polyhedral regions on the regression space.
