Abstract

In this paper, we consider the control of periodic motions with delayed feedback. Compared to the servo systems where the reference inputs are always required, Delayed Feedback Control has a remarkable feature that a priori information about the location of unstable periodic orbit is not necessary. We demonstrate the merit of DFC by using a ball and beam system.
