Abstract
In recent years, wavelet transform which gives the expression of time-frequency domain has been paid attention. We proposed a new spectral analysis method different from wavelet transform. In proposed method, whenever a new data comes in, the spectrum is updated by this new in-put data, for another the spectral analysis operation can be handled in parallel. due to the feature, we can reduce amount of total calcu-lation at moment, if parallel processing computer is realized, we willbe able to make calculating time a remarkable reduction. The proposedmethod consits of two approaches. We call these approaches "No1 app-roach and No2 approach". We showed that we could decompose a signal wave into many waves and we could reconstruct the the signal wave app-roximate. The same problem in No2 approach has never been studied so far. We will now show the decompositon and reconstruction of a signal wave in No2 approach.
