Abstract
Mass Customization Production Management System (MCPS) have already been proposed. This is formulated as a problem that makes minimizing the expected total cost subject to unfulfilled order rate and production constraints ,and so on. In this paper,we compare the characteristics of MCPS with Safety stock method and show the advantages of MCPS.
