Case study for Process Integration among Organization

Abstract

In order to integrate business processes among organizations, this paper presents a case study on university processes and student processes. The university processes extracting from Osaka Prefecture University's Website are organized as Process Handbook proposed by MIT and student processes are organized as work list. Then this paper shows how inter-workflow management tool contributes to synthesizing organization processes.
