Abstract
In this paper, Recurrent Model based on Lissajous's figure in phase plane is introduced and its application methods for evaluation and design of social systems are discussed. Qualitative, quantitative,macroscopic and microscopic aspects are employed as principal axes, and recurrence, symbiosis, equity and safety are as transitional ones in the evaluation phase plane.
