Abstract
The relapse prevention of the failures that occur in the market is extremely important from the viewpoint of the customer satisfaction improvement. The development of information technology makes it possible to accumulate failure information comparatively easily. However, it is not always easy for designers to utilize the failure reports accumulated in the maintenance divisions. We focus attention on the difference of the information architecture of failure information knowledge between the maintenance engineers and designers. In this research, we propose the method for efficient knowledge propagation by dynamically restructuring the information architecture between different divisions.
