Organic Introduction of MOT and PLM based on Management Strategy

Abstract

　It has been a long time since PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) System is said to be indispensable for surviving today’s globalization in industry however, the concept and system has not became widespread even larger enterprises.

　This study focused on 3 processes: Product Planning Process, Product Designing Process, and Project Management Process. And modeling its utilization image. And we discussed about Organic-Bond of PLM and MOT (Management of Technology) which is based on management strategy for value creation.
