A Study of Organic Bond in Product Lifecycle Management and Internet of Things Based on Management Strategy

Abstract

　It is said that Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) –It enables Reducing the Manufacturing cost and shorten Lead-Time– Is an essential concept or system to for Manufacturing Industry. Today, because of the rapid progress of technology of Internet of Technology (IoT), we are facing paradigm shift in Manufacturing Process. In this study, we focused on 3 process in PLM Business flow model; Planning Process, Design Process, and Design-Modify Process. And constructed “Value Identification Map” which can contribute and lead to proper way while creating Added Value based on Management Strategy of each enterprise.
